FAITH. LIFE. MARRIAGE. MINISTRY.

There are conversations ministry life cannot afford to avoid.

I’m Ruth Mateola. I create honest conversations and practical, faith-rooted wisdom for women navigating marriage, ministry, leadership and life.

Ruth Mateola
MEET RUTH

Beyond the role is a woman. Beyond the title is a life.

Ruth Mateola creates space for honest conversations about the parts of life and ministry that are often experienced privately but rarely discussed openly.

Through conversations, teachings and personal reflections, she explores marriage, ministry, leadership, relationships, responsibility, faith and the realities women encounter while serving others.

Her work is especially rooted in the experiences of pastors’ wives and women in ministry while opening the conversation to people seeking wisdom for living and serving with faith, character and purpose.

We exist to teach, train and facilitate transformation for lost royals back to God's royal family to live a maximized life.

TODAY’S DEVOTION

Faithful in the Hidden

10/21/2026

Colossians 3:23

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.

Much of ministry is unseen: the late conversation no one hears about, the meal prepared, the prayer whispered over someone who never knew. It can feel invisible. But heaven keeps a different record. Work for the Lord, and the hidden things become holy things.

Prayer: Lord, help me serve wholeheartedly in the places where no one claps. Amen.
